Tonight in the kitchen i'll be mainly freaking out!

Main - Pan fried cajan salmon, fingerling potatos tossed in olive oil,sea salt and oregano surved wth a pear and mozzarella salad.

Was a pretty lame attempt from me. Was thinking about the Desk and cow hide and forgot it was my time in the kitchen.
