Cornish Pastie anyone?

Lil home sick thought it was time i learnt how to make a Cornish Pastie..
Can't wait until i'm home so we can have a summer pastie Comp..
Who can hit the piss head in the Central beer garden with a high roller Hey maker pastie. While sporting Spandex!?

How to Make :)
1LB plain flour, 5oz Lard, pinch salt water to mix.

Filling
1lb best quality lean beef cubed
1lb potatoes $ swede cut small
1 small onion
hand full of chopped red pepper and sweet corn
Salt n pepper to taste.

Make pastry, cut into 4 rounds.
Divide Meat & veg equally.
Add salt n pepper, dampen edges and fold over.
Crimp edges.

Cook @ 4ooF/mark for 3/4 hour.
Added side of Mushy peas....

He quickly stole it as his own designing his own series called Disasterware. Designing machine guns, hand grenades, bunnies with flick knives and much more. Krafft is nothing of the Norm he has brought a whole new style of art to the table.
