How to Make :)
1LB plain flour, 5oz Lard, pinch salt water to mix.
Filling
1lb best quality lean beef cubed
1lb potatoes $ swede cut small
1 small onion
hand full of chopped red pepper and sweet corn
Salt n pepper to taste.
Make pastry, cut into 4 rounds.
Divide Meat & veg equally.
Add salt n pepper, dampen edges and fold over.
Crimp edges.
Cook @ 4ooF/mark for 3/4 hour.
Added side of Mushy peas....
Looks Shite tastes Delicious!!!!
